Airport Transfer 

HOW TO MEET UP WITH YOUR DRIVER

 After you go through immigration and customs, your driver will be outside (TO THE FRONT OF THE AIRPORT) with the Traverse Jamaica sign waiting for you.

You will receive a confirmation email with more information.

Tours from Hotels 

Tour payment Deposits for hotels, Guest Houses Etc. in Ocho Rios/ Montego Bay Etc.

HOW TO MEET UP WITH YOUR DRIVER

All persons booking tours from Hotels, Guest Houses etc.

Your driver will pick you up on the morning of the schedule date for your tour, your driver will be in the hotel/guest house lobby with the traverse Jamaica sign and carrying the necessary ID as describe in your confirmation email...

Tours from Cruise Ships 

Tours from all Cruise Ships/ Ocho Rios/ Falmouth / Montego Bay

HOW TO MEET UP WITH YOUR DRIVER

As soon as your ship get in and after you depart the ship, please identify yourself to a ground worker / dispatcher as having booked a tour with Traverse Jamaica. Please print and carry your receipt with you our contact information.

 Things you should know 

1. Mystic Mountain and Dunn’s River offer locker rental, cost is $8.00 deposit, they give $3 back when you return the key.

2. We offer full refund if your ship doesn’t dock, however the tours take place rain or shine, unless the weather is very bad, but if you decided not to tour in the rain, we will refund you.

3. Credit Cards can be used at all duty free shops, and at all attractions, however you will need cash for the craft markets

4 . All payment balances must be pay to your tour driver in Cash.

5. Please inform your bank that you will be traveling to the Caribbean and will use your credit card in Jamaica.

6. We pick up from the ship pier at 8:AM  to 9:30 AM (EST) and from the Hotels at 9: AM to 10:00 AM (EST) for  Ocho Rios Tours and 8:AM (EST) for all day Tours going out of Ocho Rios.

7. Person booking private Airport Transfer will receive  fully private transfer, no stops until you reach your Hotel, However if you need to get refreshment along the way you can ask your driver for a rest stop. Person booking shuttle transfer will have a 45 minutes wait at the airport.

8. If you pay with an E-check through paypal, it must be cleared before we can confirm your booking.

9. Tour time is approximately (5-1/2) Hour Please be on time to enjoy your day of fun!

10. Cruise Ship tours going out of Ocho Rios, Falmouth and Montego Bay are consider ( EARLY BIRD) tour, person doing tours like Bob Marley Nine Mile must come off the ship as soon as the ship dock and it is possible to do so.

Most Tours, such as Dunn’s River, Mystic Mountain, River Tubing ETC. come with tour Guides

What to take on most tour

• Beach Towel

• Water Camera

• Sunscreen

• Cash for shopping/ Tips Etc.

• Water Shoes for Dunn’s River and River Tubing Tours (Shoes can be rented or purchased on arrival)

• Swimwear
