Our Terms of Service

Welcome to the TRAVERSEJAMAICA website. This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering transportation information in Jamaica, person travelling to Jamaica on Cruise Ship, staying in a Hotel, Villas or resident on the Island or welcome to use this website to reserved transportation to and from the Airport and for tour from Cruise ship, Villa, Hotel and your personal resident.

All tours listed on this website are available from TRAVERSEJAMAICA, we offer transportation to all and ever part of Jamaica, all our driver are license with the JAMAICA TOURIST BOARD and TPDO, all buses use in transportation are fully Air-condition and is license and Insured with the Jamaica licensing authority and insurance Company.
Person using this website must be 18 years and over in order to reserve our service, you must only use this Website in accordance with this Agreement.

Our Refund Policy

We offer full refund to all our customers if you have cancelled our service within 12 hours. Person travelling on cruise ships to Jamaica, we offer full refund if your ship changes course for bad weather or other man made or act of god reasons.
We offer NO refund for persons who fail to turn up on the day of the tour from cruise ship and no refund for person reserving Airport Transportation and fail to arrive on your given arrival time and on your given flight schedule, we however make arrangement to transport our customer another day without charge if they miss their flight, have bad weather or any other reasons.

Person having reserve Airport Transport with TRAVERSEJAMAICA and have flight delay or miss flight your flight or ask to call and inform us, we will make the necessary changes and transport you whenever your flight get in to the Airport guaranteed. Number to call: (876) 892-8606

We advice our customer that if for whatever reason they need to cancel their reserved transportation service with TRAVERSEJAMAICA, please do so within 12 hours prior to your tour in order to get a full refund of your deposit or full payment.

We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.
